Icetech's Web Productions is actively searching for creative and enthusiastic web interface designer. Please have a great attitude, self-motivated, efficient and effective. Each and every employee of Icetech is an absolutely essential part of our company - we need committed designers who are not afraid of this challenge.

We're interested in people who are proficient with Dreamweaver 3.0, HTML, ASP, Javascript, DHTML, CSS, Fireworks 3.0, Photoshop 5.5/ImageReady2.0. Most importantly, this person should have the ability to lead a project from start to finish with a strong visual concept throughout every detail.

The web interface designer job entails:

Strong Conceptual Design Development and Layout skills: general/conceptual layout of site (including front page, secondary pages, templates). Establishing identity/branding, and "look & feel".
Designing scheme/theme/concept of site and navigational system, selecting appropriate colors (primary, secondary, tertiary), fonts (primary, secondary and main text font), etc.
Sense of scale, color, technical details important.
Appropriate HTML coding, including all table structures, framesets, basic javascript integration, comments, SSI, ALT tags, metatags, etc.
Use of Dreamweaver 3.0 and comfort in HTML code view.
Creation of animated graphics including GIF animations and Flash animations, using ImageReady and Fireworks. Knowledge of Flash 4.0 a big plus!
Selecting and manipulating stock photos and stock art for appropriate use in sites- searching catalogs, resource books, web sites, etc.
Keeping current of scope and methods of new Web technologies. Knowing, researching, inquiring about current and developing applications. Includes reading current books, magazines, attending conferences, visiting Web development sites.

Production qualities: Sense of composition and color, appropriateness of design for each individual client, scale of graphics, scalability of site, ease of use and navigation, ease of updating, clarity and consistency, browser compatibility, download times, web safeness, understanding client input and expectations.
