Step-by-Step Procedures for Email Setup
On your desktop click on outlook (Show Below)

1. Outlook setup. Open outlook, select email setup, and click on Internet email box.
2. Internet mailbox. Account name is: John Doe (your user name)
User Info: user name (John Doe) Organization: Your Office:
Email address: first Initials and last name (example) John Doe email address is jdoe@icetech.net
Select Servers: add www.icetech.net on both Pop3 and SMTP servers.
Account name is. Jdoe Password is xxxxxxxx
Using Outlook Express (For Internet Mail address)

Open Outlook Express Icon, Select tools, and then accounts.
Select Add, then Mail. (Picture Below)

Type in your name in display your name screen! (Example: William Hopson)
Next is your email account as shown below.

Incoming mail and out going (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: www.icetech.net (Your domain name)

Next step is to add your email user account and password. (Picture)

Close Outlook Express to save the changes, and re-enter Outlook Express, and test your E-mail account, sent a Email to the system administrator, and CC your own E-mail account to let both know it is working correctly. After sending the mail, you will see no mail in you’re out-box, you can now select send/recv mail icon, to receive your CC: test mail.
