Check Policy
A return check fee of $30.00 will be assessed to cover our handling cost. Service charges must be paid in full within 10 days

Return Restocking fees
A 24% restocking fee on all goods returned, other than defective manufacturer's workmanship.

Cancellation
All orders are considered firm unless canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Credit Department Information
All new customers, must submit a completed credit application to establish an account with Icetech. Credit applications are processed at time of initial order.
