Description of the Project: Enterprise Infrastructure support
Staffing positions for the Help Desk and Data Center Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. Software support, training center and troubleshooting. Linux, Microsoft, Cyrix, VPN and remote access support. Customization and Central data repository development.
Icetech provide on-site services for Help Desk, and training center support, staffing. Successfully completed 16,000 Regional PC / printer rollout; using 56 qualified, temporary IT support. Also provided staffing support for admin and training at the learning center.
