Description of the Project: Database, Content Management system, SharePoint cloud services  

IceTech design and host the State-of-the-art Microsoft SharePoint Team Collaborate / Database design and Hosting using, Microsoft SQL and .net SharePoint Content Management System (CMS) Icetech provide contents editing and training end users on using the CMS tools. Collaborate and participate in the management of the project. Develop graphics, Flash files and streaming Video files. Integrate ESRI-ARCIMS, ASP.NET and SQL databases to create a web based mapping tool that allows the plotting of points on a map and assignment of documents, photos etc.  Icetech provide Hosting, back up, Creating Logos and website CMS database for Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Act Collaborative Program.  Professional Support for the GIS maps native format data, spread sheets, reports, photographs, and scientific monitoring data (water quality, fluvial geomorphology, population statistics, habitat characteristics, habitat restoration sites, hydrological information. Icetech meet onsite once every month in Albuquerque NM.

Icetech performed the following tasks on a 24x7 basis with a 99.9% Up-Time using Multi-Server Cluster with fail-over and hot swap configuration.
1.         Icetech Provided Managed Hosting of the RECLAMATION web site and database services.  Icetech will manage the Webservers hardware, software and provide all patches for the operating environment including security (virus detection/updates, hacker prevention, etc.)
2.         Icetech provided all necessary backups and perform upgrades as defined by this (SOW).  Icetech will provide the RECLAMATION with full remote administration of the CMS server and provide staff identified by the RECLAMATION full access privileges to the data center and remote access to the Website CMS database online Tool.
3.         Icetech provided an exchange email Server with remote and Pop 3 access and administrator rights to add and delete users.
