Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

You may reschedule or cancel your participation in the courses anytime. Requests to reschedule or cancel can be sent to training@icetech.net       
Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule your enrollment in paid classes according to the following notice schedule:
If notice is received and acknowledged 10 or more calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, it may be rescheduled without penalty. If notice is received less than 10 calendar days before the first day of the scheduled class, there will be a 10 percent rescheduling fee.
